I am flying to Tokyo without my daughter for the first time.
I feel very nervous as usual but this time is slightly different.
I have been thinking about my daughter how much she has achieved and really proud of her.
As I have been giving her a tough love, I just needed to express this time that I am truly happy to see her pursuing a new career.
I am now at the Heathrow airport and it’s the first time everything went so smoothly.
It’s not so crowded.
Apart from very hot inside the airport not like outside, it is really comfortable to sit here.
Suddenly I feel I am dehydrating and try to drink some water.
By the way, mineral waters were sold out at Boots.
My legs, of course, started feeling swelling already.
When I left home, my shoes were so loosen but it became so tight as there is no enough room for the feet to move.
I wish I could have a manual lymphatic drainage massage right now. Or having reflexology lymphatic drainage. So that my long flight would be much easier.
My advice for travelers, it would be good to encourage the lymphatic system before flying!
That’s what some of my clients visit me all these years.
Have a wonderful festive seasons, everyone 💙
