1. Scope of Service

Yumiko Inoue Wellness and Beauty provides holistic therapy services, including manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and professional training courses. By booking a treatment, enrolling in a course, or utilising this website, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer

All treatments offered are strictly complementary and holistic in nature. They are intended for wellness and relaxation purposes only and do not substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or pharmacological treatment. Clients under medical supervision or with underlying health conditions must consult their medical practitioner before booking. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it presents a health risk to the client.

3. Minors and Treatment

Clients under the age of 16 are permitted to receive treatments but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the appointment. The accompanying adult is required to complete and sign the medical consent and intake forms on behalf of the minor prior to the commencement of any therapy.

4. Appointments, Late Arrivals, and Cancellations

Clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled treatment time to complete any mandatory intake or consent forms. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment duration to protect subsequent client schedules, while the full cost of the treatment remains applicable.

We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled therapy appointments and Face Yoga Method training sessions, applicable regardless of the reason for cancellation. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a mandatory fee equivalent to 100% of the cost.

5. External Venue Training Course Enrolment

For clients enrolling in hands-on training courses that require external venue allocation (e.g., Facial Reflexology), spaces are secured only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit. Due to advanced venue booking requirements, course fees are strictly non-refundable, and sessions cannot be rescheduled, if notice is given less than 30 days prior to the course start date.

6. Prohibited Uses of the Platform

You are strictly prohibited from utilising this website or its infrastructure for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to breach our security architecture, inject malicious code or viruses, execute automated scraping or crawling operations on our API endpoints, or misuse our booking mechanisms. Any detected breach will result in immediate termination of access and reporting to relevant UK authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All written content, blog articles, custom imagery, configuration narrative, and educational materials provided on this website are the intellectual property of Yumiko Inoue Wellness and Beauty. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, duplication, or commercial exploitation of this material is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Booking Platforms

This website may contain outbound links to third-party booking aggregators (e.g., MindBodyGreen, Vagaro, Fresha, Treatwell). Once you navigate to these external platforms to secure a booking, you are subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. 9. Overseas Services and Jurisdiction

Yumiko Inoue Wellness and Beauty is primarily operated under the laws of England and Wales. When services are delivered on a freelance basis overseas, local public health and business guidelines of the respective region apply to the on-site execution of therapies, while contractual disputes remain governed by English courts unless localised mandates state otherwise.

10. Indemnification and Severability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yumiko Inoue Wellness and Beauty from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service. If any provision of these terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the contract, and it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumiko Inoue Wellness and Beauty, including any contracted independent therapists, shall not be held liable for personal injury, adverse physical reactions, or damages resulting from the non-disclosure of medical conditions or medications during the initial health assessment process.
