Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
1. Scope of Service
Yumiko Inoue Wellness and Beauty provides holistic therapy services, including manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and face yoga training. By booking a treatment or utilizing this website, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Medical Disclaimer
All treatments offered are strictly complementary and holistic in nature. They are intended for wellness and relaxation purposes only and do not substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or pharmacological treatment. Clients under medical supervision or with underlying health conditions must consult their medical practitioner before booking. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it presents a health risk to the client.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled therapy appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a mandatory fee equivalent to 100% of the treatment cost.
4. Third-Party Booking Platforms
This website may contain outbound links to third-party booking aggregators (e.g., Treatwell, Fresha). Once you navigate to these external platforms to secure a booking, you are subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not liable for data processing or technical failures occurring on third-party infrastructure.
5. International Freelance and Jurisdiction
Yumiko Inoue Wellness and Beauty is primarily operated under the laws of England and Wales. When services are delivered on a freelance basis within Japan, local public health and business guidelines of the respective prefecture apply to the on-site execution of therapies, while contractual disputes remain governed by English courts unless localized mandates state otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumiko Inoue Wellness and Beauty, including any contracted independent therapists, shall not be held liable for personal injury, adverse physical reactions, or damages resulting from the non-disclosure of medical conditions or medications during the initial health assessment process.
