Reproductive Reflexology for Fertility and Pregnancy (incl. for Endometriosis, PCOS, etc.)

Reproductive Reflexology (Reproflexology™) is a non‑invasive therapy delivered by specially trained practitioners using structured, prescriptive protocols to address fertility health in both men and women. It aims to regulate menstrual cycles, improve sperm production and function, assist underlying fertility conditions, and support natural conception or all forms of assisted conception (Clomid, IUI, IVF, ICSI), including surrogacy and donor IVF.

What are the benefits?

  • Enhances natural fertility and supports all assisted‑conception methods
Reproductive Reflexology can be used as a stand-alone treatment to enhance your natural fertility, or with all forms of assisted conception including Clomid, IUI, IVF and ICSI.
  • Optimises menstrual-cycle function
Aims to regulate menstrual cycles and ensure that each stage is functioning at its best
  • Increases rates of conception and healthy pregnancy
In a MARR data collection of 180 clients a typical course was about 11 treatments over roughly a 3‑month preparation period, described as pleasant to receive, with 68% conceiving while receiving treatment (52% pregnancy rate reported with IVF/ICSI).
  • Improves sperm health for men
Uses specific pressure points to reduce stress and increase circulation to reproductive organs, which helps balance hormones (e.g. testosterone) for better sperm quality

Who is it recommended for?

  • People of any gender
Addresses fertility issues in both members of a couple.
  • Couples undergoing assisted conception
Supports couples through all phases of their assisted conception programme, with all forms of assisted conception including Clomid, IUI, IVF and ICSI.
  • Individuals/couples using surrogacy or donor IVF
Supports couples using surrogacy or donors in IVF cycles.

What can it help with?

  • Menstrural-cycle problems
Once identified, these issues can be resolved and managed using reflexology.
  • Male fertility/sperm issues
Aims to improve sperm production and functionality, including addressing Sperm DNA Fragmentation.
  • Stress and anxiety that affect fertility
Reflexology can be a useful tool in improving sperm outcomes and reducing and managing stress and anxiety.
  • Reproductive issues like endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, ovarian cysts, salinities, irregular period, polymenorrhea, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea etc.
Addresses a range of reproductive health issues through targeted reflexology techniques.

How does it work?

  • Structured, prescriptive reflexology protocols
Uses specific and prescriptive treatment protocols supporting all forms of conception
  • Directly targets cycle regulation and sperm function
Aims to regulate menstrural cycles, and improve sperm production and functionality.
  • Integration with medical testing and analysis
Uses results from medial testing to measure improvements including baseline and follow-up tests (e.g. semen analysis, blood tests, AFC, etc.)

What happens during the treatment?

  1. Reflexology sessions focused on reproductive issues
The procedure is delivered using reflexology techniques aimed at reproductive and fertility areas.
  2. Offered as a stand‑alone treatment or alongside other care
Can be provided as independent therapy, which is useful for individuals who prefer a single-therapy option. Can also be integrated with other medical or therapeutic treatments for menopause management.
  3. Working alongside menstrual cycles for women
Synchronises treatment with each phase of the menstrual cycle to regulate hormones and optimise body for conception.
